After we have fitted the brace we will advise to see you every 6-10 weeks to register the progress of the brace and adjust the wire if necessary. After you have visited us you will notice a discomfort as the teeth move towards the desired position. On average the course of treatment is between 12-24 months
caring for Incognito Braces
Incognito ® braces take no more care than any other fixed brace, try to avoid hard sticky foods; cut down on sugar and fizzy drinks, fruit juices and snacks between meals, this is to avoid marks on your teeth and decay! Try to add a few more rounds of cleaning through the day, preferably after a meal. We will show you how to move around the braces to get behind it and clean it, if you keep on top of this your teeth will remain healthy and happy while your lingual braces can straighten your teeth.
